Yoga Series

It has come to our attention that our Monday night yoga class being offered in March is in conflict with another established ‘Yoga for Runners’ class on Monday nights.  We do not wish to conflict with anyone’s schedule so we will be moving our class to another night.    We hope you can join us.  All athletes, runners and cyclists are welcome whatever your level may be.  Thank you!

Classes will be held every Wednesday from March 17 to May 5, 2010 from 6:30p to 7:45p
 

Cost will be $85 for the 8-week series

Walk-ins welcomed!  ($12 per class)

Your Instructor:  Ann Fitzmaurice-Russ of Think Yoga®

After completing her first certification to teach introductory yoga, she has continued pursuing her studies through the Triad Yoga Institute and is completing her 330 hour certification to become a Nationally Registered Yoga Instructor.  She is also a certified Pilates Instructor.  In addition to training first time runners and instructing individuals and athletes of all calibers, Ann is an accomplished multisport and endurance athlete completing several marathons, triathlons, and numerous running races while always maintaining her goal of finishing well by having fun. Ann combines her education and experience to provide a balanced approach to working with individuals of all levels of aspiring wellness and physical fitness.  She reminds those that say they are not flexible enough to do yoga that yoga requires more flexibility of the mind than the body.
